The terms that apply to repair work carried out by Queenievaro Co.

Estimates
All estimates are given after inspection and are valid for 30 days. If hidden damage is discovered once work begins, we will stop and contact you before proceeding or incurring further cost.
Payment
Payment is due on collection. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. Deposits may be requested for special-order materials.
Collection and abandoned items
Items should be collected within 90 days of the completion notice. After 180 days, uncollected items may be disposed of in accordance with Colorado law, and any outstanding charges remain payable.
Workmanship
We warrant our labour and materials for 90 days from collection against defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, damage caused after collection, or failure of components we did not replace.
Limitations
Leather, dyes and vintage materials vary. We cannot guarantee exact colour matches, complete stain removal, or that aged materials will survive disassembly. Where a repair carries risk, we tell you before starting, and proceeding is at your discretion.
Liability
Our liability for any item is limited to the cost of the repair performed. Please tell us if an item has exceptional value so we can handle and store it accordingly.
